Camilla is a young project manager, who gratuated from the University of Bologna with a BA in Languages, Markets and Cultures of Asia and a Master’s Degree International Relations of the Middle East.
She’s been always receptive to human rights issues and social injustice, she was able to expand this intrest thanks to her international experience in Spain as a project manager in NGO and legal translation services.
Her passion for foreign languages has led her to study English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Persian and since 2020 to attend the Italian Sign Language course promoted by the National Institute for the Deaf of Bologna. The latter has taught her that there are not real communication barriers but with just patience and acceptance of the other is always possible to overcome language boundaries.
She joined the Beyond Borders project through a training internship, thanks to the collaboration with Demetra Formazione, as an event management technician, dealing with organization and promotion. The experience in the field allowed her to reconcile her passions and skills sending her on a professional path capable of opening her career to an international market, becoming part of the world of live performanxw by acquiring knowledge specific to the sector.
