Michele Persici

Project manager • Communication Manager Italy

A culture and communications professional who has carved out a career spanning theater, performing arts, cultural institutions, and social projects. Her education, rooted in the humanities and enriched by a master’s degree in Performing Arts and Multimedia Production at the University of Bologna, has been intertwined from an early age with an interest in contemporary languages, narrative forms, and participatory cultural practices.

Over the years, she has collaborated with museums, theater companies, festivals, cultural cooperatives, and non-profit organizations, focusing on event planning, communication, and organization. She has worked in press offices, curated integrated communications campaigns, supported fundraising and audience management processes, developed complex cultural projects, and participated in the production of performances and artistic initiatives.

His experience includes organizational secretarial work, reception, institutional relations management, and relationships with suppliers, partners, and the media, as well as the drafting of editorial content and materials for cultural promotion. He has also been involved in the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage, mediation with museum audiences, and art and culture education.

In the field of cultural communication, he has honed a particular attention to the narrative of performance art and artistic identities, carefully crafting texts, images, and narrative strategies that allow a project to engage with people. At the same time, his social work has focused on building welcoming, inclusive, and safe spaces, where culture acts as a bridge and a community tool.

Today, he continues to work across the fields of organization, research, production, and communication, always with an eye on the relationship between art, society, and contemporary forms of participation.
